This is my answer to a Question on Support site for LampCMS project
Basically this directory:
/Users/zhenbing/WebServer/lampcmsold/www/w/
must be writable. Hint: directory name is 'w' which stands for writable.
I'm pretty sure it's in the installation instructions.
